Hard to believe it’s been 30 days but that’s the great thing about programs like Country Heat– you can just get them done fast and move on or do another round! I am at the point now where personally I don’t have massive transformations anymore, and I am ok with that but I still saw results from this program. I think the biggest take away for me from this program was to not assume– in two big areas:
1). To not assume that it was “easy” so people wouldn’t get results. My test group ladies lost an average of 7 POUNDS and did so well– even the ones who were in shape!
2). To not assume I’m incapable of learning. Seriously I have told myself my entire life that I am not a dancer, and am eating those words. I’m not a great dancer, but I actually have some moves now and this program completely delivers! It was honestly SO much fun and I would’ve never bought it if I wasn’t a coach so that I could lead others. It’s funny how life works like that– when you are trying to help other people, you sometimes get the biggest blessings!
This program is great for ANYONE . Whether you are new to fitness or a cross fit junkie. Whether you can dance or not. Seriously anybody can do it and get great results. I personally think it’d be great for pregnant or post-partum mamas as well due to how low impact it is and it focuses on all the right areas!
You’ll see results in your core and legs– my calves have never looked so good! I did choose to add in resistance 3x a week for my upper body.
The meal plan is simple and effective and WILL get you results! You can read more of what my challengers thought of the program here.
So what’s next? Well I have a photo shoot in two weeks during my coaching retreat in Destin, Florida (I know! Crazy, right?) and so I’m going to be focused on nutrition and quick results. I’ll be combining Hammer and Chisel and Insanity Max:30 since both of those programs have gotten me amazing results– it will definitely not be quite as fun as Country Heat, but it will be effective– and I’m adding in a dance from Country Heat on my rest days!
Here’s my meal plan for the week and I’ll be kicking off a new support and accountability group soon so if you’d like to have help in fitness or nutrition, please fill out the form below!
