Howdy y’all 🙂 Now that I’m dancing every morning I’m starting to talk with a twang…just kidding! But this program does bring the fun every morning! You can see all the basic info and an overview of the program here, but it is now the #1 selling program in ALL of Beachbody, which says a lot AND people are getting even better results than the 21 Day Fix, which says even more. Why? It’s pretty simple– you don’t feel like you’re working out at all, but are working up a sweat, and also have a simple but really effective meal plan!
I am NOT a dancer by any means and I’ll be honest that I was not excited about this program due to my two left feet, but I’ve been so surprised. After one week I can feel it in my abs and lower body– especially my calves! Also, I’m really happy to say that my dancing has improved 🙂 I may not be a natural but if I can do this, than anybody can!
The workouts are 30 minutes or under, and broken up into segments of two moves each, so you master those and then move on, which makes it simple. The music is really fun and a great mix of classic and new country music!
The meal plan is the same as the 21 Day Fix, so you use the portion control containers and really dial in with clean eating. You do get treats three times a week too, so that is a plus…dancing AND chocolate?! Sign me up! Below is my meal plan for the week and I’ll be sharing this in my test group for Country Heat!
