What’s this? We finished Round One of Hammer and Chisel? You betcha– we never skipped a day and were about 80%-100% on track with our nutrition on any given day. I totally forgot to take 60 Day before and after photos, so I’ll upload those later, but we’re kicking off this week with a bang and adding in the new Deluxe workouts– we may or may not have done a sneak peek workout with them already and I am excited to see how mixing it up adds to our results!
When you complete the 60 days, you can choose to just focus on the Hammer or just do the Chisel programs and it comes with calendars for those as well. We decided that we really liked the mix-up and so this round we’ll continue to increase our weights/endurance and add in the new workouts on select days– they are:
ADVANCED TOTAL-BODY WORKOUTS
Five exercises work five muscle groups to hammer muscular definition, stabilization, strength, and stamina.
Get ripped from head to toe with hardcore resistance training, isometric holds, and powerful plyometrics.
15 MIN LEG HAMMER
15 minutes is all you need to fire up your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves for maximum strength and power.
15 MIN GLUTE CHISEL
Quickly sculpt a round, firm backside with intense strength and power exercises, for a lower body that makes jaws drop.
I’ll let you know how those go, but based off the burn from trying the leg hammer workout today, they definitely won’t hurt anything! Below is one of my favorite moves from Chisel Balance– you do 2 sets of 15 reps on each side– it looks easy but it burns! I’m holding a 15 lb weight for reference.
