Crazy to think that I’m already in week 7 as of today. I think I have said this multiple times now, but I honestly wasn’t expecting to love this program as much as I have- not only is it great that it’s just 22 minutes, but I am getting real results. I’m done 4 lbs, and have lost several inches as well. It has been a great follow-up to Hammer and Chisel to continue to build muscle, but to also lean out a little more!
This week I had a quick work trip to Boise, so here are some of my snack and meals during that day. I like to stop by grocery stores for my food rather than go to restaurants, and as always, Shakeology is the lifesaver too! I also did some Beachbody on Demand which is great because you have zero excuses to not get your workout done when you can pull it up on your phone!
One thing we’ve been talking about in my challenge groups is finding internal motivation. As you’re working toward your goals (in any area of your life!) I would encourage you to dig deep and find it for yourself. I can’t come to your house and drag you out of bed, but if you WANT to make changes in your life, it’s up to you! So push through and you’ll see the results come!
Below is our meal plan for the week. April is one of my busiest seasons at work so even though it takes me time on Sundays to sit down and plan, it saves me SO much more time the rest of the week!
