This month has been beyond amazing for my customers in my current challenge group– I have had one customer lose 15 lbs in 30 days, and they have lost on average TEN pounds each in the past 30 days. So what’s the secret sauce? I personally think it’s accountability and support! It’s one thing to have clean eating and amazing programs, but when you combine it with daily encouragement and motivation, it becomes magical 🙂

I am on a mission to help other super busy, working, moms of young kids to transform their bodies and their nutrition and get on the path to more confidence, improved body image, and energy so that you can not just keep up but THRIVE in your busy life.
I know that it’s so tempting to say “I’m TOO BUSY!” But honestly, that’s not an excuse that will cut it! One of the things that I love about Beachbody is that there are so many workouts that are under 30 minutes now. The 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Insanity Max 30, 22 Minute Hard Corps and Hammer and Chisel. Plus they all come with super easy portion controlled meal plans that are basically fool proof. When I started my journey I was doing 30-55 minutes of workouts daily and I had to figure out the nutrition all on my own. You are going to have much faster success than I did for this very reason!!!
-I lost 30 lbs with a newborn at home.
-My husband worked long hours and was gone multiple nights a week
-I went back to work when my son was six weeks old
-We didn’t have a lot of money to spend on food and exercise programs.
